OUR POLICIES

Ensuring the Best Experience for our guests and team alike.

At Aspire Creative, we go out of our way to make sure our valued guests have the best experience possible. From the moment you enter our doors, to the moment you leave our incomparable salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operational procedures. If you have any questions just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

We operate on a free from judgment zone, we want everyone to feel welcome and everyone to feel loved. 

​

Our pricing structure is based purely on your hair and the Creative working with you. We think it is only fair to pay for the work needed, not based on your gender or age. Therefore, we reserve the right to amend price at our sole discretion, the price list should act as a guide only. However, pricing will be discussed during the initial consultation, to make sure you are happy with it, before any work is carried out.

A 50% deposit is required for all NEW guest's first time appointments. This can be done in salon; we accept both cash and card payments, or telephoning us on 01629 818322 and making a card payment over the phone. Deposits are fully refundable and you are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment, as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice. Anything within this period will result in loss of the deposit.

We operate a strict 48 hour (opening hours) CANCELLATION POLICY. To help with this, you will receive a Confirmation Text (or email) at least 48 opening hours prior to your appointment. Please check your date and time, and let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem. Due to the length of time some appointments require, we are very mindful & want to be equally respectful of our Creative's time. Therefore, any appointment cancelled outside of the 48 hour notice period, or not showed up to, will be subject to a 100% charge & future bookings a 50% deposit. If this is the case, the deposit will be taken off your final bill once your appointment has been completed, or if cancelled again outside of the 48 hour notice period, will result in loss of the deposit.

Likewise, should your appointment be affected due to lateness or due to change of mind at the time, you will also be subject to a 100% charge of the original booking.

We require a skin test at least 48 hours before any new colour appointment. If we haven't seen you for this, we unfortunately won't be able to carry out the colour service and it will be removed from the system at the 48 hour point.

Aspire Creative & those working under the umbrella of Aspire Creative hold no responsibility to damage or loss of any clothing or personal belongings. Please be mindful what you wear to the salon, especially if you're coming for a colour service; expensive garments, light colours & items with large neck details or hoods are NOT recommended.

Sustainability, environmental impact and animal welfare is super important to us! We have made a conscious effort to make sure everything in the salon and products used are cruelty free, sustainable and have a low carbon footprint. 

​

All drinks offered in the salon are plant based. Hot drinks are served with oat milk.

​

We want to reduce the amount of waste produced in the salon, for this reason we do not have paper price lists. Please visit our website, or our app by downloading mySALONapp then searching Aspire Creative Hair.
