At Aspire Creative, we go out of our way to make sure our valued guests have the best experience possible. From the moment you enter our doors, to the moment you leave our incomparable salon. We operate on a free from judgment zone, we want everyone to feel welcome and everyone to feel loved. 

Our pricing structure is based purely on your hair and the Creative working with you. We think it is only fair to pay for the work needed, not based on your gender or age. Therefore, we reserve the right to amend price at our sole discretion, the price list should act as a guide only. However, pricing will be discussed during the initial consultation, to make sure you are happy with it, before any work is carried out.

We operate a strict 48 hour CANCELLATION POLICY. To help with this, you will receive a Confirmation Text (or email) at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please check your date and time, and let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem. Due to the length of time some appointments require, we are very mindful & want to be equally respectful of our Creative's time. Therefore, any appointment cancelled outside of the 48 hour notice period will be subject to a 50% charge & future bookings a 50% deposit. If this is the case, the deposit will be taken off your final bill once your appointment has been completed, or if cancelled again outside of the 48 hour notice period, will result in loss of the deposit.

We require a skin test at least 48 hours before any new colour appointment. If we haven't seen you for this, we unfortunately won't be able to carry out the colour service and it will be removed from the system at the 48 hour point.

Aspire Creative & those working under the umbrella of Aspire Creative hold no responsibility to damage or loss of any clothing or personal belongings. Please be mindful what you wear to the salon, especially if you're coming for a colour service; expensive garments, light colours & items with large neck details or hoods are NOT recommended.

Sustainability, environmental impact and animal welfare is super important to us! We have made a conscious effort to make sure everything in the salon and products used are cruelty free, sustainable and have a low carbon footprint. 

All drinks offered in the salon are plant based. Hot drinks are served with oat milk.
